I am Mahima Dodeja from Lucknow. Currently, I am living in Bangalore pursuing B.Sc (hospitality and hotel administration) at IHM Bangalore.

I am a foodie and I love to explore extensively about the immense possibilities in the world of food. From how a little potato can be changed into the basic French fries and to how it can become a boxty, the thousand different things that can be done attract me. How every country has their own palette of flavours and leople have varying comfort foods from a classic grilled cheese sandwich to simple daal chawal also intrigues me. I am one of those for whom food becomes the medium to express their love . Beyond that I like being organised and going to new places.
